For sale: 1982 Honda CBX 1000 Pro-Link — the legendary six-cylinder.
The bike has covered only 14, 500 km and is in great mechanical condition. It runs, shifts and brakes as it should. The carburettors have recently been fully overhauled and balanced by Sixcenter, so all six cylinders run crisply and in sync.
The original exhaust system is fitted, and the panniers are included.
Cosmetically it is not a show bike, but it is fine for its age. It shows the marks of use you would expect from a machine of over forty years old — simply original.
South African import. The bike has already been brought into the Netherlands but does not yet have Dutch registration. The paperwork is present; the registration application with the RDW (the Dutch vehicle authority) still needs to be submitted. I am happy to assist with this.
I am reducing my collection, which is why this one is up for sale. Serious interest? You are very welcome to come and see it, and hear it run.
Two hefty Cowley exhausts can be included as well, for a deeper, heavier sound.
