Description
Advertising on behalf of the family of a good friend who has recently passed.
A 1985, 998cc Mini Moke Portugal finished in lemon yellow.
A solid car with spots of surface rust adorning the body work and under arches. Photos attached show worst affected areas. Chassis is solid but displays surface.
Engine is standard as far as we know, it was last on the road around 2020, it has developed a minor oil leak but what car hasn’t.
It sports minilite replica wheels and newish tyres, it caused lots of admiring attention when it was on the road, it’s been garaged ever since.
Seats and roof are very good.
A very quirky and unique car with lots of potential, it could be driven about 'as is' in no time… alternatively could be fully restored but it boasts a certain patina and looks great as it is.
Unfortunately we don’t know of its running condition as my friend was always tinkering with this and other minis from the 1960s to the 1990s which will also be listed soon. It currently has a flat battery and is sitting in the garage as he left it.
Please zoom in on the photos and feel free to ask sensible questions but please be respectful. Sensible offers considered but silly offers will just be ignored. There's no desire to take a part exchange.
It can be viewed near Maldon in Essex, approximately 30 minutes from M25 London.
If looking in from abroad, I can assist with shipping.
