1980 Mini 1100 Clubman Estate — 3 owners from new, 43, 900 miles
Dark green over tan, red carpets, on Minilite-style alloys with arch extensions. Three owners from new and just 43, 900 miles. One of the last Clubman Estates built, and getting hard to find in honest, unmessed-with condition.
This one is used, but always garaged. It starts, drives and gets used regularly, and it has had the mechanical work done to keep it that way. Long MOT.

Bodywork and structure
Solid inner and outer sills and solid floors. I’ve included photos with the carpets lifted so you can see the floorpans and seatbelt mounting areas for yourself, plus underside shots of the sills, subframe and exhaust. The underside is treated some time ago and is still sound, with some surface scabbing to the seam edges that’s typical and cosmetic rather than structural.
There is some bubbling to the roof gutters.
Paint is glossy and presents very well in the sun, with the usual small marks you’d expect from a car of this age that’s actually driven.
Interior
Original tan seats and door cards with a lovely worn-in patina, red carpets throughout, period radio, and the twin rear doors with a carpeted load bay.
