Yamaha XT500 classic 1980 vintage thumper.
Two owners from new, very low mileage and unrestored.
This is a genuine matching numbers bike, imported over 10 years ago from sunny dry California where it had been stored unused for over 30 years, and was registered here with an age-related plate. It had completed only 1881 miles on import and now stands at 2631.
On import the bike was recommissioned and fitted with Bridgestone Trailwing tyres, a new seat cover, new fork oil and seals.
The machine is in excellent condition for it’s age, starts and runs well and has the patina and genuine unrestored look that you would expect for a 46 year old motorcycle.
