2000 110 Td5 Heritage Limited Edition (SV)
Built in limited numbers by Land Rover Special Vehicles to commemorate 50 years of the Land Rover, this rare model is one of just 66 Defender Heritage 110s produced in 1999/ 2000 to be finished in dark bronze green. These rare Heritage models were based on the County station wagon specification, but with several unique styling features:
• Body coloured headlamp surrounds and wheel arches
• Flat, square holed metal grill – finished in silver
• Silver front bumper
• Silver side steps
• Silver door hinges
• Silver bonnet hinges and windscreen brackets
• Lincoln Green Leather Interior
• White (Ivory) faced instruments

The Heritage styling has since been copied in more recent Defender models and upgrades.

2000 110 Heritage County Station Wagon:
Td5 Engine (2495cc diesel). 166, 597 miles. MOT till July 2027.
Partial service history to 2014, complete service history since 2014.
Four owners up to 2014 (in the south of England). Since 2014 she has lived in Inverness, and has become a familiar sight in the Highlands of Scotland.
Gear box and transfer box both replaced with reconditioned boxes from Ashcroft Transmissions in 2016 (at 144, 000 miles).
Rear door replaced with galvanised door and new fittings in 2019.
Galvanised Richards chassis fitted in 2024 (at 162, 000 miles), at which point the following also fitted:
• Galvanised bulkhead
• Galvanised CSW sideframes
• Galvanised crossmembers
• Galvanised front turrets and rear spring mounts

An iKamper Skycamp 2X roof-top tent is currently fitted (on four roof bars). This was fitted in 2020, is in good condition, and has a ladder and awning (all included in sale).
In 2021 the rear seats and one of the bench seats were removed, and a bespoke unit fitted which houses a Wallas XC Duo diesel-powered stove, and a sink with cold water tap. A shelf adjacent provides space for a portable refrigerator (refrigerator not included in sale). Stove and sink are in working order, and are included in the sale. The unit, including stove and sink, can be removed from the vehicle, if desired. The rear seats and the bench seat can be re-installed easily – they are included in the sale.
The vehicle has mostly been used as a campervan for the last six years, and has provided much enjoyment during that time.
Condition: The vehicle is in very good condition generally. However, like any 27-year-old vehicle, there are some areas which will require work in the future:
• The tubular side steps are now badly corroded, and will require replacement before too long.
• Most of the steelwork is now galvanised, but some of the remaining ungalvanized steel cappings are starting to corrode, and there is also some corrosion evident below paintwork on some aluminium panels.
• The four side doors all have some corrosion – mostly hidden from view.
Originally bought for work - I needed a vehicle which was capable off-road. However, in more recent times it has been used as a (rather small) campervan, and we've had some great adventures with it. Great fun to drive, and has a lot of life left in it yet.
