Description
1989 Volvo 360 GLT S/ R 5-Door | Rare Black Leather Interior
This is a very reluctant sale due to a change in my workplace, and sadly means I can no longer use the car as my daily drive. As the 6th registered keeper, I have adored owning and caring for this car, and I know the next keeper will feel the same. A top-spec GLT with tilt and slide sunroof and full black leather seats, which very few 360s left the factory with. The F8 GLT plate is the finishing touch. It is a joy to drive, starts first time every time, engine sounds lovely and responds great when you put your foot down. One of only 10 left on the road in the UK, gets lots of attention!

At 37 years old, there are usual age related marks, chips and light scratches. There is a small patch of rust appearing on one of the back doors and a few light scuff marks on the sunroof. There are issues with the odometer and the speedometer works intermittently, the combination of these points to a cable issue which is cheap to resolve (£13. 24 on onlinecarparts. co. uk).
If you're looking for an affordable classic car with some serious street cred, this is ideal. So many people want to share their memories of the 360 when they see it, they want to know about the engine size, how it runs, then they notice the full leather seats... everyone loves it!
This car brings a genuine smile to my face every time I drive it and its a pleasure to see other people watch it drive by, like I say, everyone really does love it!
