Regrettably I am selling my ex MOD Land Rover 90 as I have recently purchased a discovery 1 and i no longer have the room to keep hold of it.
It will be music to any enthusiast's ears to hear that all of the welding that was needed when I bought it has been done to a high standard and the chassis and underbody has been coated in waxoyl ready for the winter. In the year or so I have owned the car, after dragging it out of the barn it sat in I have amassed a decent amount of paperwork to prove all of the work that has been done to it. This includes a timing belt change within the last 2500 miles, 2 oil and filter services the most recent of which was done at the current mileage, front axle hub oil seals and new brake pads at the front, it has also had a new genuine/ oem brake master cylinder, rear wheel cylinders and replacement brake lines almost all the way round. In addition to this it has had a new front off side outrigger and other small things on the engine etc all of which can be discussed upon viewing.
To the best of my knowledge the car was built circa 1985 however there is no definite way of proving it as i have spent many hours researching, so unfortunately it is not tax and mot exempt, however it is the most head turning car i have ever driven and so many people have come up and spoken to me about it and it will make a great car for either a land rover enthusiast or a militaria fan and anybody in between.
