For sale: an original American LaFrance Chevrolet C-60 fire engine with a 427 cubic-inch V8 petrol engine. The vehicle has been in service with the voluntary fire brigade in the town of Hornbeak, Tennessee, since it was new in 1971. Very low mileage: approx. 14, 000 miles. It is in very good condition for its age. It comes fully equipped with all firefighting gear: ladder, hoses, siren, flashing beacon, spotlights, a 1, 000-gallon fibreglass water tank, as well as accessoriesas well as accessories (helmets, breathing apparatus, torch, etc.).
