Was on German papers when I purchased it, some years ago.
I got the info required to register in UK from a Belgium museum, that held the records for FN motorcycles.
Has a speedo in Kilometers, works fine.
It is correctly registered as a 1928, from the museums records, I have the papers to support this, but the German papers had it as 1927, as seen on front mudguard. Either way a Vintage flat tank bike.
