I have done in last 18 months:
New exhaust
New battery
New front tyres (rears very good too)
Windscreen wiper motor
Handbrake cables
Differential service/ repair
Previous owner was a mechanic. Two - four years ago:
Front wheel bearings
Inner & outer lower ball joints on front control arms
M-Tech vented drilled/ slotted discs
EBC green stuff brake pads on front and standard rear brake pads
Bilstein front shocks
K&N high flow air filter
New radiator
New steering rag/ rubber joint
Engine work/ top end rebuild:
Head removed & reconditioned with all fresh gaskets/ seals
New camshaft
New hydraulic lifters
New rockers and shims
New timing belt and tensioners
Full engine service every 6000 miles:
New injectors, New HT leads, New spark plugs, Fresh coolant
Sound system:
Pioneer BT head unit, Pioneer under seat sub,
Vibe micro amplifier, Pioneer speakers
Attention needed: Heated rear window low voltage. Rear wash/ wipe – broken park sensor circuit. Boot lining could be refreshed.

•Rebuild drivers door lock to original key
•Adjust drivers door slam pin
•fit drivers window regulator
•re align drivers window guide rails
•fix drivers courtesy light switch
•adjust drivers door lock linkage so no longer binding
•replace prop shaft Guibo
•replace full length prop shaft
•replace prop shaft centre support bearing
•re apply stone chip protection to underside
•replace cluster and tidy wiring connections behind the dash
•replace cluster coding plug as intermittent
•smoke test engine
•strip oil spray bar and modify oil jets for spray
•inspect boot wiring loom
•window switch disassembly and cleaning
Replace exhaust doughnut
Renewed advert after much work completed. E30 Touring in bright red, good condition with BBS alloys. An excellent daily driver, not a show car. I have owned for 18 months but unfortunately not getting used enough and no storage. Lots of money spent. Bodywork/ respray approx. 6/ 7 years ago. MOT March 2027, no advisories. Drives well, starts on the button.
