1968 Lambretta SX150 (190) in excellent condition with subtle upgrades.
* Original Italian SX150 with LCGB certification (DVLA stamped)
* V5 in my name (second UK owner)
* Professional engine upgrade to 190cc, 25mm Dell’Orto carb, reed valve, 12V.
* Sympathetic restoration with the addition of an in-board front disc brake (fitted as standard to the larger SX200) & front dampers (with covers)
* Resprayed in an original Innocenti colour reserved only for the SX150 - Verde Mela (apple green) - now a much desired paint choice.
* 1968 model with period correct original plastic toolbox, horncast badge and panel clips.
An older restoration (c. 2011) carefully run-in for c. 500-600 miles by first UK owner. Since purchase in 2023 I have added a further approx 1, 000 miles.
This SX was rebuilt by an experienced Lambretta enthusiast who utilised Darren Scott of DSR Racing Team to upgrade the engine to a 190cc Yamaha conversion.
Engine and bodywork are as you can see very well maintained and clean. Paint is not perfect, some imperfections, but very good overall.
Seat and cover in good condition but could do with padding. A new SIP cushion insert will be offered with vehicle.

* 3 new modern period-style tyres with excellent standards of grip and sidewall reinforcement
* new speedo unit. Original was considered beyond repair but will be offered with the scooter.
* new Cuppini spare wheel holder
* new Cuppini rear carrier
* new spare tyre cover
* new throttle wheel

* 25mm Dell’Orto carburettor
* LTH reed-valve manifold & BGM reed
* MB Developments GT 190 cylinder head (re-profiled for road use).

* Electronic 12V kit
Reason for sale: downsizing.
