Description
Rare Motosacoche. Overhead camshaft, twin-cylinder. Only a few dozen bikes built. Good original condition. The last Swiss Motosacoche. "Matching numbers" Motosacoche 212 (a racy motorbike) The engine came from the famous German factory in Küchen, but it was assembled in Geneva in the Motosacoche factories, while the manufacture, part by part, began there under licence. The prototype had been exhibited at the Salon in 1948 or 1949, but series production was never launched. In 1953, the Geneva Salon gave the public the opportunity to admire a new prototype, the 'Twin 212'.
