Description
BSA 650, Lightning Rocket from July 1965. This A65 L/ R is a sports version of the A65 Rocket. Two Amal Monobloc carburettors, high-compression pistons (9:1 ratio), special racing camshaft, Gold Star racing brakes (literal reproduction of the BSA description at the time).
Completely rebuilt in 2013 by Chatokhine workshop, unleaded compatible cylinder head, new carburettors, electronic ignition, new coils, 4500 km covered since, no oil leaks, almost perfect cosmetic aspect, everything works, 48 hp, new 4 gallon (18 litre) fuel tank, runs all distances. 2024 FFVE certificate, very complete documentation (technical review, original workshop manual, spare parts catalogue and books on BSAs). Technical inspection will be provided. Delivery possible depending on distance.
