L’Atelier des 1000 is pleased to offer today for sale a timeless British icon, a Mini 1000 HL MK4, presented in a fresh and original spec, dressed in an elegant Porcelain Green coat that contrasts wonderfully with its Tan "Deckhair" interior.
A symbol of English dolce vita, the Mini has marked whole generations with its unique design and agility. A genuine piece of automotive history, it still charms today with its inimitable appeal and its driving experience as lively as it is endearing.
Getting behind the wheel, you quickly understand why it has spanned decades without losing its popularity. Its lively engine, compact footprint and precise steering make it an ideal companion, for characterful outings as well as regular use.
Our exemplar is a fourth owner and presents in exceptional condition. It comes with a complete invoice history since purchase in 1981, testifying to the thorough and passionate upkeep it has always enjoyed.
In 2023 it underwent a full documented restoration with a photo dossier, focusing equally on aesthetics and mechanicals.
The Mini benefited from a full repaint in a superb pastel Porcelain Green shade, enhanced by the fitting of Sportpack Mini wing extensions with wider track, giving it an elegant yet sporty presence.
Mechanically, many works were undertaken, including notably:

The engine tuning is remarkable; it starts readily and runs smoothly, the mechanicals are lively and pleasant, while remaining reliable thanks to the extensive works carried out.
The gearbox is pleasant to operate, with precise guidance and smooth gear changes.
The clutch performs perfectly, showing no signs of wear.
The road manners are excellent, the steering is lively and precise, and the suspension performs its role perfectly.
All running gear is sound, with no abnormal play.
The Ultralight wheels are in excellent condition, shod with tyres in very good order as well.
The bodywork, recently restored, shows no defects; the paint is vibrant and the panel gaps are excellent.
The subframes are solid, free from corrosion.
All chrome is gleaming, adding a touch of charm to the whole.
Inside, the Deckhair upholstery specific to the high-line version is in very good condition and evokes the 1980s era with charm and authenticity. The carpets, trim and headlining are perfectly preserved.
The dashboard is crack-free, and the wood veneers are in excellent condition.
The onboard instrumentation is fully functional.
Given its exceptional condition and configuration, we are asking for €18, 490.
