Overall condition given the age of the car:
No rust on the bodywork or the engine as far as can be seen
Front bonnet: a few small paint chips / otherwise immaculate condition
4 tyres in good condition but aged...
Engine: good condition / vehicle running / roadworthy
Mechanical: in good condition / no engine issues, but a noise on the rear axle
Interior in superb condition / very well maintained and very clean.
For information, the vehicle is started regularly for short trips, but has not covered a long distance for 4 years.
We acquired this vehicle on a whim, but hardly used it. In terms of repairs and maintenance, having not driven much, we have not done an MOT or service, apart from oil changes and battery replacement; it is your responsibility to perform a service and assess the few repairs accordingly, so additional costs should be expected as we are not selling a serviced car.
We are not collectors nor mechanics enthusiasts, so no need to ask for the MOT (we haven't done it) nor the detail of all repairs because we did not keep a service book.
