First registered new in the the Lille area of France in February 1970. The is a 4 speed with over drive manual finished in opalescent Blue with grey/ blue leather interior. Although the car was originally red it was later painted in 1992 by Retro Garage in Montatair, France. There is a fair number of receipts and invoices from the early nineties to the 2000’s describing all manor of works and maintenance.
The car was imported into the UK in late 2020 and bought by the current owner who used the car as a daily car then having the car lightly refurbished over the course of 18 months. The car has had mechanical work carried out and some paintwork. The car also benefitted from having air conditioning fitted at this time also. A new interior was also fitted by BAS international at the same time.
Mechanically this car is in fantastic shape and drives really well indeed and the air conditioning makes driving in the summer a joy. The body work is overall not in bad condition and can see no signs of rust how ever there are some paint issues on the n/ s rear door and bonnet the rear bumper also has some corrosion. Do not let this detract from the car being overall good in our opinion.
This car deserves to be driven and enjoyed as it was intended.
