After the First World War, Fiat refreshed its range and replaced the Tipo 2 with the new 505, which was produced from 1919 to 1925, in over 30, 000 examples, and thus enjoyed a certain level of success.
The Fiat 505 is powered by an inline four-cylinder engine with a displacement of 2296 cm3 and develops 33 hp.
In terms of bodystyles, it was available in several versions;
Saloon, torpedo, city coupé, sport tourer and also utility...
The car offered here for sale is a Fiat 505 Torpedo from 1920.
It presents a very good overall condition, bodyshell carried out by Balbo in Turin, very sound, the bodyshell paint (old) in good condition, ideally the wings to repaint, bodyside fittings very sound, floor and chassis likewise, original upholstery in decent condition, hood to redo.
Delivered in 1920 to a certain Italian Francioli, based in Haute-Savoie, wine specialist, (owner’s nameplate present).
