Bodywork / Exterior: The car shown here is a 996 Carrera 4S from June 2002 in its original colour “Basalt Schwarz Metallic (LC9Z)” (matching colours). The body is in very good condition, with no signs of impact or non-conforming repairs, and the paint shows excellent gloss and depth. After a professional polish performed by our workshop with orbital polisher, we noted light grain on the front face and a small, hardly visible dent on the front left wing and passenger door. The degraded windscreen has a slight grain. Bumpers are perfectly aligned and in good condition. As is common on this model, the lower part of the front spoiler shows some rubbing marks. The rear bumper is in excellent condition thanks to the rear parking aid option. The automatically retractable rear spoiler functions perfectly and its bellows do not show any cracks. The 4 18’’ Turbo wheels are in good presenting condition, with some minor rubbing marks around their rims. The 4 MICHELIN Sport Pilot tyres show 20% wear on the front and 30% wear on the rear. This specimen retains its Space Saver wheel, its compressor, its jack and its tool kit. Among the “Body / Exterior” options and equipment of interest that this specimen has: the 4 18’’ Turbo wheels, Xenon LITRONIC headlights and their headlight wash, and chromed exhaust tips.
Interior: The leather interior in “Schwarz AH” colour retains its strict original configuration (matching colour) and presents in very nice condition. The front seats in micro-perforated leather in “Schwarz AH” with heating and electric adjustment are in excellent condition, with no signs of snagging, wear or discoloration. The matching leather door panels are also in excellent condition. The dashboard and its leather cap show no signs of stretch or discoloration. All original on-board instrumentation and comfort equipment are fully functional. The original PORSCHE factory radio-cassette CD along with the BOSE Sound System are fully functional.
