If the 2CV was the perfect economy car for a rebuilding post-war context, the 2CV Fourgonnette was the perfect mini-commercial. Thanks to the long-travel suspension it shared with its civilian version, these little vans were perfect for transporting easily damaged goods, becoming a symbol of the French rural economy.

Today, they are among the rarest examples of the 2CV, and undoubtedly the most picturesque. A good example attracts a lot of attention, and this beautiful van should be no exception. Sporting an elegant burgundy and black paint scheme, it's a truly evocative machine - and we understand that it's also in very good working order.
