The Appeal
Pininfarina’s Alfa Romeo 105/115-Series Spider shot to fame when it starred alongside Dustin Hoffman in the 1967 film ‘The Graduate’ and from then on it was considered one of the most stylish roadsters of the twentieth century.
To match its looks, the Spider also boasted fantastic underpinnings with the legendary Nord twin-cam sending power to the rear wheels via a five-speed manual gearbox. A Series 2 version was launched in 1970, carrying some much-needed enhancements and we’re delighted to offer one such example from 1974.
