1987 Land Rover Military LWB

Highlights

  • Retains its British Army livery and equipment - which is usually removed post-military service
  • MOD-issue 2.5-litre NA four-cylinder diesel engine still performing well
  • MOT valid until 15th February 2025

The Appeal

A testament to the Land Rover’s endurance is the sheer length of time many remain in service with the armed forces. This 1987 110 began its military career in 1987 and wasn't retired until 2014 - that’s 27 years of hard work!
Not only is it still on the road after all this, but it’s also remarkably original, still working exactly as it should with no notable modifications. Unusually, even its military appointments remain in place, consisting of radio equipment, and of course, the olive drab livery complete with “Queens Lancashire” Regiment insignia.

For those seeking a trusty Land Rover that’s earned its keep and stood the test of time, this is the one for you.
