The Appeal
By 2011 the Impreza’s place at the top of the sporting saloon tree was confirmed. It didn’t need to win the 2011 24 hr Nurburgring Race to prove that. But it did, and it did.
These cars got carbon fibre roofs and lightweight spoilers amongst a host of other upgrades. All are special but perhaps this one is particularly special.
It was used as a press demonstrator and featured extensively in Portugal’s AutoHoje magazine, a copy of which is provided with the car.
Since then it has clearly been cared for, covering just 31,000 kms and remaining in showroom-fresh, factory-standard condition. Recently serviced and recommissioned after three years dry storage, this exceptionally rare and potent STi is a collector-quality example ready to use or admire.
