This delightful little Austin Seven was first registered on 1st August 1933 and was fully restored a few years ago, to a very good standard. The bodywork and the black and blue paintwork are both first class, as is the very well trimmed interior with leather seats and door cards, together with an excellent headlining - there is also a fully working sunroof. The underside of the car is well painted and is in very good condition and the tyres look to be almost new. The wire wheels are in good condition. We think it has its original engine. Unfortunately, though, the car has a problem with the clutch (it slilps and the thrust bearing is noisy) and this is a job that you will need to attend to immediately. It also needs to have flashing indicators fitted for safety. This is a car that would otherwise retail at around £9, 000, were it not for the clutch problem - it is a fantastic opportunity for a mechanically minded buyer to seize a bargain. Comes with current V5C, continuation book from 1956 showing the same registration number, and a valuation certificate from The Pre-War Austin Seven Club dated 8th January 2016, showing a figure of £10, 500.
