The Appeal
Eight years into production of the 105 coupe, Alfa Romeo created the incredibly handsome 2000GTV. Fronted by purposeful quad headlights, hauled by a 2.0-litre twin-cam engine, and packed with a sporty yet sumptuous cabin, this was a near-perfect blend of a sporting Grand Tourer.
The sheer usability of these cars - not to mention their inimitable dynamics - mean that good, late-model cars are in high demand. Some have been restored in a way that dials out character, but not this car. Originally shipped for the South African market, and recent imported to the UK, It has recently been subject to a sympathetic restoration, with a bill on file from Classic Alfa for almost £5,000 of parts.
As you'd expect from a South African car, it's proven a solid base for work, and as taken to it well - now it's ready and waiting for its lucky new owner.
