The Appeal
The all-new X350 was a chance for Jaguar to really get its supercharged M5-chasing XJR right. Lightweight aluminium construction and a new AJ34 4.2L V8 delivered the handling and the performance to do exactly that.
This early example is finished in the popular combination of Liquid Silver metallic with a black leather interior neatly detailed with red stitching and elm wood veneers. The car spent its life in the cossetting environs of Japan, where high maintenance standards and salt-free roads make these examples sought-after in the UK.
It arrived here in 2022 with full service history, a commitment by the keepers that has continued. Always maintained in the UK the same marque specialist, there has been £5,500 of improvements since 2023. That work included regular servicing plus attention to the coolant system with replacement radiator and water pump along the way, The rear brake discs and pads have also been replaced. Much of this work was in October 2024, with few miles covered since.
The car is only for sale because the vendor has been offered his father’s lower mileage XJR. it is a reluctant sale and a chance for the buyer to capitalise on all that recent investment. It arrives on the market with MOT to June 2025 and in very good working order.
