The Appeal
While Porsche introduced a full cabriolet 911 for the 1983 model year, it persisted with the popular Targa model, offering a neat compromise between the open-air thrills of a full convertible and the rigidity of a coupé. Targas remain one of the most sought-after classic 911s, especially the Carrera 3.2 from the early 1980s.
