Typical of the era this caddy glides over any terrain. The suspension soaks up anything and everything whilst the 4. 1 Buick lump pulls effortlessly and smoothly without grumble. The column-shift automatic transmission appears in good order with easy engagement and no untoward noise.
The bodywork is in very good condition all round, including the vinyl roof and all the brightwork. Inside, the matching maroon velour is equally good (save for a slight tear in the driver’s door card). The seats are in great order – vast and very, very cushioning – and all the plastic, wood and chrome trim are first class.
The owner clearly looked after this car throughout his tenure and had the good sense to build up a stock of spares and supplies for this model. We reckon there must be over a thousand-pounds of parts and service items that we include with the sale.
