Opis
The 1992 Peugeot 205 CTI is one of the most iconic compact convertibles of the 1990s, a variant that combined the elegance of Italian design with French sporting performance. Derived directly from the legendary 205 GTI, the CTI retained the agile and sporty spirit of the base model, but with the added thrill of open-air driving. The design was carried out by the prestigious Pininfarina house, which managed to preserve the GTI's sporty character while turning it into one of the first true hot hatch cabriolets. It also had an electric soft top, an innovative and rare feature in this segment at the time, which reinforced its exclusive character. The specific grille, pronounced wheel arches and sports wheels helped reinforce the model's energetic and youthful image. Equipped with a 1. 6 injection engine, manual gearbox and front-wheel drive, it offered a quick response and dynamics that were much appreciated at the time. The unit comes in the sophisticated Gris Magnum color, a shade that highlights the model's balanced lines. The interior reflects the sporty DNA with wrap-around seats, a driver-oriented dashboard and all the details that made the 205 CTI one of the most desirable cabriolets of its generation. A rare combination of Italian charm and French spirit, perfect for those looking for a collector's item with personality and history.
