The year before, in May of 2024 it received a big service, plus, rectification of a mild fuel leak requiring replacement fuel regulator valve. March 2023 saw one replacement shock absorber and some other sundry tasks (£1, 100). In September of 2022, the potential “big bill” for an SL55 has mercifully (for the new owner) already been suffered with a replacement roof pump hydraulic unit being necessary (an eye-watering £3, 000, but all forgiven and in the rear-view mirror now).
