MGB GT V8 ** LHD ** For Sale
Factory MGB GT V8 ** LHD **
She has just been restored to showroom condition and has undergone an extensive professional no expense spared Left Hand Drive mirror conversion. She has retained at great expense the correct V8 steering column fitted to a rare and genuine MGB LHD rack.
She also has a bespoke MGB GT V8 correct crinkle finish dash board which is an extremely accurate mirror image of the original RHD dashboard - with all correct gauges and switches. Everything from the steering, dashboard, chassis and even the windscreen wipers have been correctly converted.
It is in gleaming damask red and is complemented with black leather upholstery and a wabasto sunroof.
The interior is in showroom condition and benefits from the addition of a 15” light wood rimmed Mota Lita steering wheel.
Under the bonnet the car is clean and presentable. The car has no rust to the body or chassis, not even in the usual MGB GT areas. Under the car it is clean and well presented. The chrome work around the car is excellent and the bumpers are straight and have the correct curve.
The original V8 wheels were refurbished 2 years ago and show minor signs of use. The engine pulls extremely well and is unmodified, save for two new K&N Air filters. The engine has recently undergone a service and has also been fitted with a new exhaust fitted and new suspension on each corner.
The engine has been tuned (but not modified) by an MG specialist. The car is offered with an MOT – with no advisories.
The car is ready to be used and enjoyed on the European Continent, capable of showing its heels to most modern sports cars while still embodying a classic MG style.
This is the most professional and extensive conversion on the market, coupled to one of the best Factory MGB GT V8’s.
