This is a classic early version of the Mk 1 Scirocco.
It was found in a collectors garage where it remained un-driven for many years, hence it has only done just over 17, 000 miles. It was originally given ziebart treatment on purchase, so the entire vehicle is totally rust free. In fact, many who have seen this vehicle at VW shows, confirm that it is in immaculate condition.
The engine was completely removed and renovated in a nut and bolt job, so we consider that this car is perhaps the finest example of its kind in existence. Visitors to the Wolfsburg Museum in Germany have commented that our model is superior to theirs.
It is currently kept in a container, and conveyed on a trailer to shows. It has been featured in the VW Performance magazine and holds several Best Scirocco in show awards. Amongst the paper work, are MOT's going way back, and an original colour sales brochure of this actual model.
