The Appeal
How clever of BMW to create, in the E46, a range of cars that were best in class whether coupe, saloon or convertible. We love them all, but the coupe feels like it best suits the model’s agile and engaging sporting nature.
Of course, there are many models to choose from. The 323CI is a good real-world choice because its 2.5L straight six M52 motor, arguably one of BMW’s best, puts 170bhp at the rear wheels whilst returning reasonable economy.
Finished in popular Titan Silver with grey leather interior, this well kept and very tidy 1999 323 comes with a good history file and recent servicing and fluid changes. It has also been fitted with Brembo drilled discs and new pads since the vendor acquired it last year.
Equipped with advisory-free MOT to January 2026, this is a much-loved example of an aspiring modern classic.
