As one of Suzuki’s well-renowned GT bikes from the ’70s, the GT550 (otherwise known as the Indy in American markets) still stands as one of the most enjoyable classic bikes to own. Fitted with unique tech such as the ram-air cooling system and Crankcase Cylinder Injection, this bike is still a very capable contender out on the open road. This bike can hardly be faulted for its exterior condition, as proven by a previous award for “best in show” at a classic bike show in 2016. 

The GT550 was of course designed with touring in mind and came fitted with a rather under-stressed air-cooled triple. Suzuki also fitted the bike with crucial features like its ram-air cooling system, CCI system, and SRIS to prevent visible smoke. 

Buyers will be pleased to know that this bike lives up to Suzuki’s expectations, and still performs fantastically, with no known faults. As mentioned earlier, the bike benefits from a great deal of care and maintenance, including the likes of a rebuilt engine, and typical consumables.
