The Appeal

If any relatively modern vehicle has ‘future classic’ baked in, it may well be this 2016 Land Rover. One of the last of the ‘classic’ Defenders built, it is already eligible for a British Motor Industry Heritage Trust certificate.

Finished in popular grey metallic and sporting top specification ‘XS’ trim, it is the versatile five seater Station Wagon with large rear luggage area. It has clearly been sparingly used, the interior and exterior reflecting a road vehicle rather than working vehicle and the mileage accordingly low.

The service history reinforces this sense of care, showing nine visits - on time and within scheduled mileage - to Land Rover main dealers. The last service was in January 2024 - alongside a full inspection - and it has covered just 2,000 miles since. Similarly, the MOT history since 2018 shows a run of passes with no advisories.

The seller is only releasing it back onto the market due to a change of circumstances. It will be sold with a fresh 12 months MOT. Whether you put it to work or enjoy it as a practical family go-anywhere truck, this is a great example of a highly capable vehicle.
