The Rolls-Royce 20/25 was the marque's more "modest" offering in the pre-war era, providing the same superlative quality and refinement in a more manageable package than its larger siblings. It became the best-selling Rolls of the inter-war period, with far better performance than the firm's previous "small horsepower" models. As was customary at the time, Rolls-Royce built the chassis and mechanicals, while the customer's preferred coach builder would supply the hand-made bodywork

This 1930 example features the desirable 4-light Weymann saloon coachwork, known for its lightweight construction and distinctive styling. Having spent time in both the UK and America before being repatriated in 2005, this 20/25 offers a fascinating ownership history combined with a handsome colour combination of Red over Black with Grey hide trim that presents the car in a dignified yet striking manner.

As the photographs attest, this motor car is in lovely condition inside and out. The vendor has evidently invested a great deal of effort in presenting it for sale, so it's ready to meet the next custodian.

"It was in regular use by my father for over ten years, and has been in dry storage since he passed away two years ago. It has recently been re-commissioned, and starts and runs correctly."
