Regarded as the 'Holy Grail' of Type 2 VWs, the Samba is distinguished by its array of panoramic windows and premium trim. Surviving examples are seriously scarce, and the model continues to attract passionate interest from collectors.
This January 1961-manufactured example was UK registered in 1963 according to DVLA data and has since recorded just five former registered keepers.
