The Toyota Celica looked like a futuristic machine, but more than anything, it was a driver's car. Nimble, easy-to-handle and easy to keep, they became trusty companions for their lucky owners, and thanks to Toyota's legendary build quality, were long-lived, too.
This particular Celica is a Japanese reimport that has been in the current owner's hands since 2006 - some 20 years of careful custodianship. During this lengthy ownership, the car has benefited from a programme of maintenance including replacement of the cam belt, clutch, radiator, water pump, drive belt, gaskets, brakes and wheels, along with the fitment of a stainless steel exhaust. Most recently, a new power steering pump and alternator have been installed.
