The Appeal
The Wrangler YJ was the first generation of the legendary Jeep to bear the Wrangler name. Originally delivered to the Japanese market, this 1995 example benefits from the typically attentive maintenance culture associated with Japanese-kept vehicles before being imported to Poland in 2023, where it has remained with one registered keeper.
It presents well, retaining predominantly original paint - only the right front wing was repainted during its time in Japan - and a fine, solid body. Notably, it is fitted with the rare short 'half doors', which are increasingly sought after. A new soft top was fitted shortly after purchase, and the car has been adapted for European road use with side indicators and a rear fog light.
On the mechanical front, the vendor reports that the car has been regularly serviced regardless of mileage, with a comprehensive fluid service recently carried out and the entire front braking system renewed shortly after acquisition. Accompanying the car are a certified valuation report from PZM and a set of archival photographs from its time in Japan.
