The Appeal

This Wolf 90 conjures up images of war zones and hard work, and rightly so. With beefed up chassis and heavy duty axles, it served with the Army until 2022 when the current keeper acquired it.

That is great news for anyone looking for a 4x4 workhorse, because they don’t get much better than a Wolf. Alongside the elevated specification, key to their appeal is the Army’s ‘no expense spared’ approach to maintenance - because these vehicles have to work reliably.

This one was decommissioned in 2022 and acquired by the current keeper. He has used it sparingly and serviced it annually. Alongside the standard Wolf spec it features a Remus upgrade with extra roll over protection, added vibration acoustic matting and wax injection to chassis/bulkhead and chassis undersealing. It is also fitted with Exmoor front seats.

This is a well sorted Wolf that the vendor says is mechanically sorted and makes no untoward engine or transmission noises. It comes to market with lengthy MOT to April 2026.
