The Appeal
If you’re getting Pierce Brosnan vibes, with Bond slipping and sliding a 750 around a multistorey car park, we’re with you. This V12 E38 even has the armrest-mounted phone that Bond used to navigate the BMW during that car chase in Tomorrow Never Dies, although we politely suggest you maybe don’t try it to replicate it.
As the movie implied, the E38 750i was BMW’s range-topping technological tour de force, a V12-powered luxury limousine that would finally knock the Mercedes S-Class of its perch. Buying one of these cars today is to experience the best of BMW’s Imperial Phase. This low mileage E38 750i is one of the best we’ve seen in a long while. It’s clearly been looked after and presents well across its Cosmos Schwarz paintwork and Sand Beige leather interior.
The history file amassed by its handful of keepers bears out the same message. It shows a run of regular servicing by main dealers and specialists up to March 2025. The car has received over £5,000 of work within the last 12 months, undertaken by BMW specialists and including suspension, servicing and other useful work. Copies of these invoices with further details are included in the photo deck. The advisory-free MOT to February 2027 underlines the impression of a well kept, very tidy car.
The vendor says:
“The 750 V12 drives amazingly, it has had a lot of Preventive Maintenance carried out in the last 18 months. What I love about the E38 BMW especially the V12 750 is just how cool they are in every aspect. It is a purist's choice of car, especially with those gorgeous M Parallel Wheels. The Engine is Silky Smooth and just Purrs down the road. I love the retro factory fit Telephone in the centre Armrest (James Bond Style) so so cool! I love the Specification on this car as it has everything being the flagship V12 version. The BMW Toolkit is present.”
