Servicing and maintenance carried out by ex-Porsche engineers

The Appeal
The 986-generation Boxster sold well, so there are plenty of them about, but we'll wager you will seldom see an example half so well-specified and well-kept as this 2002 example.
Specification includes SportDesign package, Arctic Silver paintwork, and most importantly, a five-speed manual gearbox. The car has been in the care of its current owner since 2016, having been purchased from a married couple who had the car serviced at their local Porsche centre. Under the current keeper's stewardship, all servicing and maintenance has been entrusted to ex-Porsche engineers at Cath Burrows and White Bear Garage in Adlington. Garage kept throughout and never used during winter months, this Boxster has led a sheltered life.
It comes accompanied by an extensive history file, and the private registration plate is included in the sale.
The vendor says:
"I love to drive the car; the 2.7 litre flat six engine performs so well, paired with a manual 5-speed gearbox that delivers an engaging and balanced driving experience, which the Boxster is so well known for. Optional Equipment: Porsche crest wheel centres, top tinted windscreen, on-board computer, SportDesign package, Wind deflectors, Headlight pack, Stainless Steel door entry guard and logo, 18” SportDesign split wheels, Porsche-embossed crest in headrests, and Porsche floor mats with logos."image.png1.48 MB
