The Appeal
The DB7 Zagato really made the most of Aston Martin's love affair with the legendary Milanese coachbuilder. While the DB7 was, at the time, the marque's largest production car, this variant was limited to just 99 examples worldwide and married the familiar, potent 440bhp V12 with Zagato's unmistakable design language: the signature 'double bubble' roofline, sculptured rear window, single round tail lights and a beautifully proportioned body that remains distinctive more than two decades on.
The resulting car is as rewarding to look at as it is to drive, and they've become all the more scarce and desirable. A real collector's piece!
This particular car, number 65 of 99, is finished in the striking combination of Ferrari Grigio Titanium over Royal Blue quilted Aniline leather; believed to be the only one in this specification. Supplied new by Aston Martin Sevenoaks in January 2004, it has led a carefully managed life, showing just 15,416 miles from new. The service history traces a clear path through respected specialists, and the car was professionally stored by R.S. Williams from circa 2018 until 2024 before being acquired by McGurk Performance Cars, who carried out a major service in October 2024.

Beautifully finished in Ferrari Grigio Titanium, which wraps around a Royal Blue Aniline leather cabin, this Zagato has a unique spec that suits it down to the ground. Everything feels plush yet determined; luxurious yet sporty. The design cues you'd expect from the legendary bodywork are all present, correct and well cared for.
As you'd expect for such minimal mileage, there's little to report across the board. The only noticeable sign of wear is the slight sun-fading of the leather, a fairly common symptom courtesy of all of that gleaming glasswork. Mechanically standard
The Aston Martin V12 is the sort of engine that's stirring at first glance. Twelve sonorous cylinders also give the car an impressive top speed of 190mph, and it does so with limo-like dynamics. It's balanced, smooth as butter and very charismatic.
This example has been regularly maintained - especially considering its limited mileage - and the engine bay looks in very handsome order. The vendor reports that the car is in excellent health, starting first time and offering all of the distinguished yet thrilling character you'd expect.
