The Appeal
The F430 represents the dawn of a new era at Ferrari, one fuelled, quite literally, by the brand new F136 V8. As sonorous as the old Dino-derived unit, but more advanced and thoroughly modern, it is one of the reasons why the F430 is widely regarded as one of the best mid-engined Ferraris of the last 20 years.
We know Ferrari owners cherish their cars, yet few F430s are likely as well-loved as this exceptionally low mileage example. It has covered 17,000 miles from new, a paltry figure confirmed by a run of main dealer service stamps to 16,949 miles in 2025.
Finished in tasteful Nero, a subtle alternative to the more common Rosso Corsa, with a contrasting ‘crema’ leather cabin, this car has clearly been looked after. There are barely, if any signs of use across interior and exterior. The vendor acquired the car in 2016 from Edinburgh Ferrari dealer Graypaul in 2016 and tells us that he has only covered 1,400 miles since. When not in use the car is stored in a dehumidified garage unit.
Despite the sparing use the vendor has kept up with the servicing and also undertaken other recent work. This includes new Pirelli tyres all round, new aircon condenser, tyre pressure monitors and a battery. The current MOT runs to March 2026 with no advisories.
This is a really tidy, well-maintained and nicely specified example of Ferrari’s finest.
The vendor says:
“It is a lovely car, in excellent condition. I would love to keep it, but poor health forces me to sell.”
