The Appeal
In 2008, the DB9 received a facelift, but you wouldn't know it. Which is hardly surprising when you consider just how well resolved Henrik Fisker’s lines are. Instead the changes are most obvious in the interior, which got revised switchgear.
This 2009 Volante, classically painted in well-kept Titanium Silver, has that desirable improved cabin. It is a really well-kept car that has clearly been treated as a cherished car, and sparingly used too, judging by the very low 27,000 documented miles.
The vendor acquired the car in 2023 from Aston main dealer Stratstone, which had been largely responsible for its maintenance from new. The service book shows a remarkable run of 16 stamps up to October 2024. Until the last service by specialist AJ Tech, the car was always serviced by main dealers, often with only a few 200 or 300 miles between visits. The current MOT runs to October 2026 with no advisories.
The DB9 is emerging as a go-to modern classic, and this example seems to tick all the boxes.
