The Appeal
The X358 represents the final generation of XJ with Jaguar's classic styling. Behind its traditional lines, it benefits from modern technology, including an aluminium body and the 2.7-litre twin-turbocharged V6 diesel developing 204 bhp in this 2009 example.
This is one of the last X358s produced and a rare long-wheelbase (LWB) version, presented here in an elegant dark grey metallic shade with a cream leather interior. The car has been maintained from new by the same French Jaguar specialist. A few cosmetic blemishes are visible on the bodywork, whilst the interior appears well preserved, with wear mainly concentrated on the most-used areas.
The car comes with a comprehensive history file including service invoices, MOT certificates and a recent independent inspection report. The MOT is valid until 6 September 2028.image.png1.58 MB

BEFORE YOU BUY
This sale is subject to Car & Classic's terms and conditions. By bidding and/or making an offer, you also accept the following:
✓ The seller is registered as a private seller, which means that consumer rights arising from European consumer protection legislation do not apply. However, you are still covered by Car & Classic's terms and conditions.
✓ We require non-refundable fees to be paid if you are the successful winner of the auction or your offer is accepted. Please refer to our FAQs and terms and conditions for specific rates.
✓ This vehicle is "sold as seen", on an "as is, where is" basis and without warranty. Photos and descriptions are provided for guidance only and it is customary to carry out a full vehicle inspection before purchase for your own peace of mind.
✓ VAT is included in the buyer's deposit. VAT may or may not be included in the final offer or bid price, as specified in the listing.
✓ We want the transaction to run smoothly, just as you do, which is why cars and motorcycles registered in the UK and listed for sale on Car & Classic are subject to an HPI check to verify they have no insurance database markers for damage or theft, and are not subject to a financial charge, allowing you to bid with confidence.
✓ We also check whether vehicles are registered as written off following a total loss claim at the time the listing is placed on Car & Classic and we provide write-off category tags (Cat C/D/S/N) to help you. The presence or absence of a tag does not, however, guarantee the vehicle's status and it is always worthwhile carrying out a full vehicle history check before making an offer on it.
✓ Buyers are responsible for collection or delivery of the vehicle. Importing vehicles may incur additional customs duties and import taxes. If you wish, we can recommend a third-party transport company to assist you. For further details and to speak to the team, email auctions@carandclassic.com.
