The 2017 Aston Martin DB11 Launch Edition is the high-specification debut variant of the first model in the marque's "Second Century Plan," succeeding the long-running DB9 with an entirely new architecture. Originally powered by a 5.2-litre twin-turbocharged V12 producing 600hp and 516lb-ft of torque, this model marked Aston Martin's first series production use of forced induction, enabling a 0–62 mph time of 3.9 seconds and a top speed of 200mph. 

However, owners can now retrospectively install the AMR Power Upgrade, a dealer-fitted performance package that boosts output by 30hp to a total of 630hp, matching the later AMR flagship. This upgrade reduces the 0–62mph sprint to 3.7 seconds, increases the top speed to 208mph, and includes a recalibrated exhaust for more 'acoustic drama' alongside a commemorative AMR engine plaque. Beyond these enhancements, the Launch Edition remains distinguished by its generous standard kit, including a 1,000-watt Bang & Olufsen sound system and the Aeroblade virtual spoiler, bridging the gap between traditional British craftsmanship and contemporary grand touring performance. 

This 2017 example has covered around 49,000 miles from new and benefits from the sought-after AMR upgrade. In the current owner's care since 2020, the car is accompanied by its stamped service book, and has been fitted with Apple CarPlay for modern convenience.
