This splendid 1974 MG MGB Roadster is finished in the traditional shade of Tartan Red, complemented by lovely uprated black leather seats.
Previously sold by us, we know this example well having restored it many years ago for a particlarly demanding customer. As you would expect for such a cared for car, it starts, drives and behaves remarkably well and is an absolute joy to drive. Every journey feels like an event. Pop to the shops and you'll return having answered three questions, waved at six strangers, and received at least one thumbs-up from someone who wishes they'd never sold theirs. There is a thick history file that adds peace of mind.
Unlike modern cars, the MGB doesn't pretend to be a computer, it knows exactly what it is: a charming British classic that was built when "streaming" meant a leak in the roof, it attracts smiles everywhere it goes, children point at it, adults reminisce about it, dogs seem strangely respectful of it.
