Highlights

  • Restored car with lovely caramel leather interior
  • MkII with uprated engine and suspension
  • Trophy winning car well known in P5 circles
  • Thick history file
  • Just five registered keepers

The Appeal

Few cars do ministerial, statesmanlike and stately quite like the P5. As at home on Downing Street as it was on gravel drives, the big Rover still exudes a sense of permanence and reassurance quite unlike any other 60s classic.
This is an early MkII so benefits from the more powerful engine and improved suspension of these later cars. It is well known in P5 circles - where it has been a trophy-taking show winner - and presents in excellent order thanks to an older restoration in dove grey. There have been just five owners in its 62 years.
Sporting a beautifully original and gently patinated caramel leather interior, this well-loved car is ready to enjoy.
