The plus
The Citroën 2CV6 is a symbol of French motoring history, known for its simplicity, reliability and charm. Introduced after the Second World War, it is often said to have helped put the country's population on the road. The influence of the 2CV itself is undeniable - and with 42 years of production under its belt, it managed to remain relevant right up until the late 1990s.
This particular 1979 model has been meticulously restored, with over €17,000 spent on mechanical, body, paint and interior refurbishments over the last three years. As well as a brand new chassis with new floorboards, the body is also brand new and comes with its certificate of approval and assembly from the 2CV Méhari Club Cassis.
The car's Blue exterior and Grey interior have been freshly redone, and the mechanical elements have been meticulously maintained, including a recent €850 service.
