The Appeal
For those who love compact sports cars but prefer something a little different, then this is for you. The DS3 Performance was a rare sight when it first came out, but those who bought one discovered a powerful three-door that was far more capable than popular alternatives such as the Fiesta ST and Mini Cooper S.
Developed by DS' specialist Performance division, the new car delivered 208bhp from its 1.6-litre turbo engine, enough to propel this little road rocket to 60mph in just over 6.5 seconds.
This 2016 DS3 Performance left the factory with the desirable convertible roof option and two-tone Performance Black matt paint, which added more than 10% to the purchase price. It is very well maintained, showing few signs of use or age on its bodywork and interior.
Fast and entertaining, but equally at home gently enjoying a sunny summer's day, this would be an excellent addition to any enthusiast's garage.
